01 How do I register as a travel agent or company? add
Click "Register" and choose either a Company or Individual account. Company accounts are manually verified before activation to protect the integrity of our B2B network; Individual accounts are active immediately after email verification.
02 What is the difference between Company and Individual accounts? add
Company accounts represent registered travel agencies and receive our best wholesale B2B rates. Individual accounts are for independent travelers and receive slightly higher, still-discounted rates. Both can browse and book the full catalog.
03 What is the difference between a ready-made program and a custom request? add
Ready-made programs are pre-costed itineraries you can request instantly. Custom requests let you specify cities, number of days, hotel level and extra services, and our team builds and prices a tailor-made itinerary for you.
04 Which items can I book instantly, and which go through a request? add
Transfers, Services, Flight Deals and Hotels are booked instantly at the price shown. Tour Programs and custom itineraries go through our review pipeline — our team confirms pricing and availability before you approve the final offer.
05 How accurate is the flight information shown? add
Flight search and status data is pulled from a live aviation data provider for informational purposes. Actual ticket booking is completed manually by our team through our secure payment process to guarantee accuracy.
06 What payment methods are accepted? add
We support major payment methods available at checkout. Full details are shown on the payment page once your booking or offer is confirmed.
07 Can I cancel or modify a booking? add
Yes — contact our team through Messages or Contact Us as early as possible. Cancellation terms vary by product and are shown before you confirm any booking.
08 Is my information kept private from other companies? add
Yes. Execution is always carried out under the Bayari Holiday name — our on-ground providers never see your company's identity or contact your clients directly.
