Information We Collect Account information: name, email, phone number, and (for Company accounts) company details and registration documents. Booking information: travel dates, destinations, traveler counts, and any special requests you provide. Identity/registration documents you choose to upload as part of Company approval. Usage information: pages viewed, searches performed, and general device/browser information collected automatically to keep the Platform secure and working correctly. We do not collect or store full payment card numbers. 2. How We Use Your Information We use your information to: create and manage your account; process and fulfil Bookings; communicate with you about requests, offers, and Bookings; approve and manage Company accounts; moderate and display reviews you choose to submit; improve and secure the Platform; and comply with legal obligations. 3. How We Share Information We share the minimum information necessary with the Service Provider (hotel, car rental company, transfer operator, airline, or tour operator) fulfilling your Booking, so they can deliver the service you booked. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share supplier identities or net pricing details with travelers or other agencies. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Bayari Holiday, our users, or the public. 4. Cookies We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, remember your language preference, and keep the Platform secure. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising. 5.
