Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bayari Holiday / BayariBooking.com platform (the "Platform"), operated by Bayari Holiday. By creating an account, browsing our catalog, or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
011. Definitions
"Platform" means the Bayari Holiday website and related services. "Individual" means a traveler registered directly with the Platform. "Company" or "Agent" means a registered travel agency or corporate account booking on behalf of its own clients. "Booking" means a confirmed reservation for a hotel, car rental, transfer, flight deal, or travel program made through the Platform. "Service Provider" means the hotel, car rental company, transfer operator, airline, or tour operator that ultimately fulfills a Booking.
022. Eligibility and Accounts
Individuals may register with a valid email address and password. Companies must complete registration and are subject to admin approval before receiving access to net pricing and booking tools. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate, current information and promptly update it if it changes.
033. Bookings and Pricing
Hotels, cars, transfers, and flight deals shown with a visible price can be booked instantly at that price. Travel programs and custom requests are negotiated: you submit a request, our team reviews it and prepares an offer, and a Booking is only confirmed once you accept the offer and complete payment. Prices shown to Individual accounts and to Company accounts may differ, reflecting retail and net/wholesale pricing respectively. Prices are quoted in the currency shown and are subject to change until a Booking is confirmed.
044. Payment
Payment is due at the time and by the method specified during checkout. A Booking is not guaranteed until payment has been submitted and confirmed. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Company accounts may have additional invoicing arrangements agreed separately with our team.
055. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms vary by Service Provider and are communicated with each individual offer or at the time of instant booking. Where no specific policy is shown, please contact our team before assuming a booking is refundable. Refunds, where applicable, are processed back to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear.
066. Reviews and User Content
Customers with a completed Booking for an item may submit a rating and written review of their experience. Reviews are moderated before publication and must be honest, relevant, and free of offensive or misleading content. We reserve the right to remove any review that violates these Terms. Reviews reflect the opinions of individual travelers, not Bayari Holiday.
077. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by attempting unauthorized access, scraping data at scale, submitting fraudulent bookings or payment information, or using the Platform to violate any applicable law or the rights of others.
088. Role as Intermediary
Bayari Holiday acts as an intermediary connecting travelers and travel companies with independent Service Providers. Service Providers are responsible for delivering the booked service (accommodation, transport, tours, etc.) in accordance with their own terms. Bayari Holiday is not liable for the acts or omissions of independent Service Providers, though we will assist in resolving issues raised in good faith.
099. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bayari Holiday is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or from services delivered by third-party Service Providers. Our total liability for any claim relating to a Booking is limited to the amount paid for that Booking.
1010. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Bayari Holiday and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without our written permission.
1111. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Jordan, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under your local law.
1212. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
